13 years of teaching people exactly like you

Beginners are who we built this studio for.

This isn’t a side offering. Aham Yoga has taught beginners in Redmond for over 13 years. At Aham Yoga, you’re not squeezed into a room full of people who already know what to do — you’re taught step by step, not just expected to copy and follow.

Never done yoga? Used to practice and stopped? Managing an injury, an aging body, or just a load of stress and demands on your time? Every person in this room started exactly where you are today.

Let’s bust a few myths

The excuses we hear most.

  • “I’m not flexible enough.”

Flexibility is the result of practice, not the price of admission. So don’t worry if you can’t touch your toes.

  • “I’m too old, or I waited too long.”

There is no wrong age and no wrong time to start.

  • “Everyone will be watching me.”

No one is judging you. Every single person here started as a beginner.

  • “I have to keep up.”

You move at your own pace. That’s the entire point of this class.
